2024 - Recap

One of the absolute highlights of my year has been traveling to meet my amazing team in various locations. I had the pleasure of collaborating in person with my project team in Greece, Spain, and Germany. These onsite sessions are a powerful reminder of the strength of teamwork. This team is so much more than colleagues - it has grown into a true community of friends, making work feel like fun every day.

Outcome: I successfully completed four design projects, all aimed at simplifying Deutsche Telekom's offer procedure - two have already been fully developed, while the other two are currently in the development phase.

I also had the opportunity to travel to Denmark twice this year:

• To Copenhagen, where I participated in the "Google Cloud Challenge: Vertex AI" Hackathon at DTW24 Ignite. Representing our company at such a prestigious tech event was an honour and a fantastic opportunity to build new connections with industry professionals.

Outcome: We presented a technically complex solution in clear, user-centric manner, developing a business use case and delivering a demo with strong potential for future internal adoption.

• To Horsens, where I spent nearly a month with my family through Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU’s Workation program. This fantastic initiative combines work and vacation, making work-life balance not just a buzzword, but a reality.

Outcome: Working on the shores of Horsens Fjord, enjoying the crisp Nordic air, snacking on authentic Danish butter cookies, and exploring the country with my family not only made our stay truly special, but also offered a refreshing change of attitude and perspective.
