Budapest, HU - Offsite UX

The event at the Budapest office of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions was incredibly impactful, both for team-building and individual growth. The colleagues were equipped for upcoming challenges and conducted interpersonal skill exercises. Key insights included the vital balance between hard and soft skills, the growing importance of soft skills in the AI era, and the value of sharing strengths within the team. We also reflected on how self-perception can differ from others' views and celebrated our unique abilities. The workshop fostered stronger team connections.
