I enhance the user experience and user interface of digital products, focusing on initiatives aimed at improving the offer process within the Deutsche Telekom Group. My role involves translating business needs into user-centric design solutions across various phases. The process starts with Discovery, identifying requirements, followed by the Ideation phase, where I develop user journey maps, process flows, and concepts. This continues to the Design phase, creating sketches, wireframes, and fully interactive prototypes. As a member of a DEV Scrum Team, I collaborate closely with front-end developers to bring these designs to life. I am directly responsible for the E2E design process of these digital products, ensuring that each stage, from initial sketches to usability testing, results in intuitive and efficient solutions.
I hold responsibility for ensuring the consistent and dependable operation of a leading corporate identity and access management tool, which boasts an extensive user base exceeding 200,000 individuals and interfaces with numerous source (HR) and target systems on a global scale within the Telekom organization. My role involves ensuring compliance with data protection and security mandates, as well as offering expert guidance to clients on compliance-related inquiries. I undertake the evaluation and authorization of system releases, service packs, and hotfixes to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, I serve as the primary liaison for communication with interface partners and clients and serve as the primary point of contact for escalations pertaining to the supported application. Furthermore, I maintain a vigilant focus on enforcing common IT standards and upholding the quality of configuration item information. My leadership extends to overseeing incident, problem, and change management teams.
I am entrusted with ensuring the reliable performance of a global request tool, which is under the ownership of an external client. In addition, I serve as a consultant throughout the planning and execution of new services for the supported application. My role involves conducting thorough assessments of client needs related to functionality, design, and process capabilities. I take charge of the management and oversight of resolvers, third-party suppliers, and service delivery teams responsible for supporting the tool. I adopt a proactive approach in identifying and presenting opportunities for enhancing the tool's functionality and design, as well as exploring avenues for reducing costs. My overarching responsibility encompasses meeting all service level agreements, deliverables, and contractual obligations. I am elected for Employee of the Quarter, recognized for consistently achieving full client satisfaction and acknowledged for significantly enhancing Unisys' reputation and UGSH capabilities.
